About me:

I am retired and on a partime basis provide Instructional Technology support for Saint Thomas University in Fredericton, NB, Canada.  I retired in July of 2005 as the Manager of the Instructional Technology at the University of New Brunswick (UNB). I have been involved with education for more than forty years and have instructed educational technologies for seven universities. I have presented at many international computer, educational and technological conferences. 

I am the Past-President for the Association for Media and Technology in Education in Canada, (AMTEC) - a Pan-Canadian community of educators, media producers, researchers, librarians and other professional staff who work to facilitate and improve learning, in all sectors of education, through the appropriate application and integration of educational technology.

I am also the host of the World Wide Web Courseware Developers Listserv with 1500 members from around the world and have chaired ten annual, international Web-Based Teaching and Learning Conferences NAWeb.

When I am not working - I like to sail with Linda, my wife and best friend of thirty plus years and our cat Captain Hook.!
